AARP Property is a small family of landlord companies. We own our houses outright through the companies, manage them ourselves, and are now building a supported-living service for young people leaving care.
What we do
Two of our companies let homes in the ordinary way: two-bedroom flats to professionals and couples, and three-bedroom family homes, on assured shorthold tenancies, with repairs handled by us rather than a managing agent.
The third, AARP Co-living, is being set up to provide semi-independent accommodation for young people who are open to social services: care leavers, unaccompanied minors and young people at risk of homelessness. We are preparing the properties, policies and staffing now and expect to take first referrals from local authorities in 2027.
